PRODVISTA defines the production process, calculates and tracks product and job cost, and records all of the activities necessary to manufacture products. Stages of manufacturing are consolidated into a process specification, and actual cost rollups within the process specification are compared to standard job cost for each lot or batch produced. All manufacturing-related activities are tracked and charged to a job, which determines actual job cost and variances.

- Work Centre Management
Work Centers may consist of one or more people and/or machines. Create unique work centers and define the characteristics. Schedule work center capacity by shift-by-day, or schedule multiple shifts with different capacities.
- Routing Details
Each job contains a routing definition and assignments. A routing definition consists of following components: Item no & description, Operations, Rate/Unit, Work Centre hrs, Miscellaneous Items and Employees.
- Work Order Scheduling
The multi-resource scheduler allows you to schedule the current and future workload across the resources required to perform that work. You can use any one of the two methods when scheduling jobs: forward and backward. Allows to define the schedule as:All the work order schedule is based on the open production order in SAP B1 or MySAP.
- Job Work order management
It enables you to issue work orders, develop schedules and track production costs. Work Order provides you with complete production control and real time WIP information. Work order can be issued to internal or external. Incase of internal the job work would be carried out in the work centers.
Using this module's informative reports, you can evaluate missing costs, examine any variance from standards, check material shortages, analyze work center capacity and confirm tool requirements. It helps you streamline your work order processing from the initial request to completion of the work.
- Quality Control and Rejection
The rejections are handled at the time of Finished Goods Receipt from vendor or from internal work centers. The rejected component quantity can be entered against the job work order for components and for each process / job. The job work schedule can be prepared against these rejected goods by choosing the production order type ‘ Re - work ’. The re - work can be send to another vendor for the rejected goods.
- MIS & Document Reports
This application contains predefined reports that you can analyze in various ways by using the selection and sort functions. Simply navigating in a report enables you to quickly access the underlying detailed information that it contains. All reports can be generated with full user control as to specified date or document no.
