You may set up rules for each allowance and deduction whether they affect arrears or not. • Attendance Punching card Integration :
  
  The daily attendance from punching card are captured and atomically updated into the attendance muster details.
  
  It stores complete records of the employee attendance for salary & leave calculations on a monthly OR yearly basis.
• Leave Management :
  
  Manual calculation of leave is no longer necessary. You can predefine annual leave available to employee. Definition can be made for total leave for a year or monthly increment basis. Different type of leave management is possible like SICK, PRIVILEGE, CASUAL LEAVE and OTHERS Different leave setup for different Grade is possible. Automatic leave balance calculation with carry forward to next year with prior setup of maximum leave.
• Attendance Management :
  
  It gets the daily attendance information from punching card and the leave information from leave management and gives the records of the employee attendance for salary calculations on a monthly OR yearly basis.
• Loan Management :
  
  Management of different loans given to employees. When the employee applies for a particular loan, those details are entered in the "Loan Application form" where it automatically calculates the MONTHLY INSTALLMENT on the basis of the loan amount, interest rate, and the Loan period.
• Pay - Slip Generation :
  
  The monthly Pay - slips are divided into two parts; the emoluments and deductions for the current month and the same for the year to date. Generate Pay-Slip at the convenience of a mouse click. It generates and manages the Payroll Processes according to the Salary Structure assigned to the employee. Generate Pay-Slip at the convenience of a mouse click.
